3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SiteAuditAI only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Scan websites you do not own or have permission to audit
  • Use our service to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
  • Abuse our free tier by creating multiple accounts
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission
  • Use automated tools to excessively access our service

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

No Refunds: Due to the nature of our AI-powered service, all sales are final. Each scan consumes computational resources that cannot be recovered. We encourage you to use our free tier to evaluate the service before purchasing.

Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered if our service was completely unavailable or non-functional during your billing period, at our sole discretion.

Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the current rate until renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

SiteAuditAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SiteAuditAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your scan reports are yours to use and share.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SiteAuditAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our scans will identify all issues or that following our recommendations will ensure compliance with any laws or standards. Always consult with qualified professionals for legal compliance matters.

8. Limitation of Liability

SiteAuditAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
